Shipping Policy

Where do we deliver?

We ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from your My Account page.

Returns Policy

Return window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Eligible reasons for return

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item significantly different from the product description
  • Item stopped working within the return window (manufacturing defect)

Items not eligible for return

  • Items that have been used, opened, or had their seal broken (unless defective)
  • Items with missing parts, packaging, or accessories
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

How to initiate a return

    Contact us via our contact page with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.

    We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

  3. 3

    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Please keep your tracking number.

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please include your bank account details when initiating the return.
